Our Heart & Mission

Nurturing Stable Climates Where Children Thrive

Co-Parent Well Foundation was conceived out of a clear understanding: when parents experience conflict or separation, it is often children who absorb the greatest emotional toll. Yet with the right guidance, education, and community scaffolding, parents can transition from tension into collaborative partnership.

Under the leadership of Founder and Board President Geraldine Redwood Glass, the foundation is dedicated to removing systemic and communicative barriers to healthy co-parenting. We focus not only on traditional two-parent scenarios, but also on the vital roles of young parents, kinship caregivers, and actively involved fathers.

Proposed Foundation Vision

"A future where every child has the opportunity to thrive, supported by healthier family relationships, empowered caregivers, and communities committed to lasting family stability."
